Our policy is to employ people with an interest in organics and environmental issues, as well as retail skills. We also train staff on the importance of organic certification. Part of the training consists of a one-day workshop at “Common Property”, the organic market garden belonging to Jim and Marion who are the owners of Commonsense Organics.
