School holidays the Commonsense way

Some parents are really organized and have a two week schedule of fun holiday frolics …For all of those people organized and off on holiday or holiday programmes- High five to you!!

For all of those parents heading into the school holidays with a “let’s see how we go” approach- here are some handy tidbits that you can use over the next few weeks in the hunt for new adventure, desperation or heavens forbid – boredom.

Who wants to go on the History, Mystery & Magic of Chocolate Bus tour! we do! She Chocolate Bus is running chocolate tours from Wed 12th to Sat 15th, and Wed 19th to Sat 22nd at 10am from Te Papa car park.

What is life without family bands? Dan Zanes has put together an awesome series of workshops for you to put together your own family band.

Oh so it is raining- and everyone is going bonkers-  Te Papa! The discovery centers are AWESOME for all ages.
