Coarse rolled oats are great for making a hearty muesli: toast in the oven with your favourite seeds and dried fruit with some honey and oil. These jumbo oats are also perfect for a fruit crumble topping. They contain more nutrients than the fine oats, but are courser and do not moisten as easily.
