Policies

1. Customer orders are processed on the first delivery day following the day your order was placed. Either Monday, Wednesday or Friday. In the case of a statutory holiday falling on the delivery day following the day your order was placed, the next delivery day will apply instead.

2. Standard fruit and vegetable boxes within Wellington City (including Western, Eastern and Southern suburbs, and the suburbs Wadestown and Wilton) are delivered free of courier charges. A courier fee will be charged to all deliveries outside the listed areas.

3. The courier delivery charges are:

$3.25 per 25kg anywhere in Wellington, the Hutt Valley and most of Porirua
$6.95per 25kg from Plimmerton to Manawatu, Wairarapa and southern Hawkes Bay
$11.80 per 10kg rest of North Island
$20.00 per 10kg South Island
additional to all the deliveries is a $5 Pick and Pack charge regardless of order size
rural charge $4.40

4. All purchases are to be paid for by credit card, the details of which must accompany the order. Payment is processed at time of packaging and dispatch from our store.

5. The Commonsense Organics online shop uses 128bit Encryption to ensure payment details are transmitted securely. This means your credit cards are securely communicated to Commonsense Organics, and stored on a secure server until the transaction is completed and the details are deleted.

6. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products but sometimes damage can occur in transit. Refunds will be given for all goods not received in a satisfactory condition or if a mistake has been made by the staff. However, to obtain a refund the goods must be returned to the shop.

7. When buying products by weight, it is sometimes impossible to get the exact weight specified and will therefore be only approximate.

8. We will endeavour to supply customers with the items they request, however, at times this is not possible due to supply levels.
