Our Green Smoothie Formula

We know that smoothie recipes can change dramatically based on your personal tastes and preferences so we’ve developed a simple formula for those of you who are new to the world of smoothie-making. They can be as simple or complex as you like, this list will hopefully give you the inspiration you need!

Give it a try, taste as you go and let your inner smoothie connoisseur take over!

First, choose your base:

Almond Milk, Rice Milk, Green Tea, Coconut Water, Filtered Water

Next choose your greens:

Wheat Grass Powder, Barley Grass Powder, Kale, Spinach, Chard, Beet Greens, Dandelion Leaves, Spirulina Powder, Vibrant Greens Powder

Add some fruit and veg:

Banana, mango, berries, avocado, apple, cucumber, orange

Supercharge it!

Chia Seeds, Ground Flaxseeds, Raw Cacao powder, Cinnamon Powder, Turmeric Powder, Nut butters, Protein Powder, Nuts, Goji Berries, Cacao Nibs, Coconut oil, maca powder, acai, frozen/fresh berries, Sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, oats

For the sweet tooth add:

Chopped Dates, Stevia, Marble Syrup, Coconut Sugar, Raw Honey, Raw Agave Syrup


Cacao powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, edible flowers.

Simply blend and enjoy!
